We accept both credit card, and PayPal payment methods.
If you choose to use PayPal or have a problem with our on-site credit card method, you do not even need a PayPal account to purchase from us with a credit card.
The payment will be to Ultimate Distributors LLC's PayPal account. We are verified by PayPal, and you may verify this by clicking the "PayPal verified" image at the bottom of each page. You will be redirected to PayPal to make the payment when you complete your order on our site. If you do not have a PayPal account, you may use a credit card, by selecting the option "Pay with a debit or credit card, or Bill Me Later" when your at the PayPal screen, once your order has been completed with us.
If you do not have sufficient funds in PayPal to cover purchase, we will not ship your order until we receive the full payment in our account, with no exceptions.
We ship all our items with home/ground (3-5 business days). For large orders, we will ship it freight.

No. If we for any reason we do not have an item in stock, we will refund you as soon as we become aware of it.
We use 100% electronic invoices. There are several places where you may obtain this, based on your needs. Firstly, we will email you the invoice as soon as we have received payment. Secondly, if you login to our site, you may see/print the invoice straight from there. If you are using paypal, you may also obtain a invoice of items purchased through your PayPal account.
Generally speaking, we will ship 1-2 business days after your payment has been confirmed. If you order on a weekend, or a holiday, that is not a business day.
If your order is a large order involving multiple cases, this can take as long as 2-4 business days to get the items shipped.
If you come across an item that has assorted colors/styles listed, try reading the product description and looking at the image to tell what colors/styles are included in the product. Due to wholesale limitations, we can not always guarantee an assortment of colors/styles listed, unless you purchase a case of that item. Generally speaking the product description will include the assorted colors/styles it comes in, in applicable products.
If you have a small order (usually our smallest tier), we will do our best fulfill a specific color/style requested as long as you leave an order note with that request. This will not guarantee that color/style, but will make us aware of your preference.

If you experience any problem with the ordering system please contact us through the contact form for help rectifying the problem. If you got a wrong product, or broken product, or simply wish to return your product, please review and submit a Return Merchandise Authorization Form request.

No we do not ship to PO Boxes under any circumstances. If you submit an order with a PO box, we will try contacting you about a alternate address. If an alternate address without a PO Box is not provided, we will refund your order.
