Description
Mahle pioneered the use of piston ring simulation and computer development tools to develop rings that provide free horsepower by successfully minimizing friction. The difference is evident on the dyno and on the track. Mahle’s ultra-flat ring flanks maximize ring-to-piston sealing. The top rings are positive twist ductile iron, barrel faced plasma-moly inlaid. The second rings are a reverse twist tapered faced cast iron. The oil rings are a 3-piece style and are offered in both standard and low tension. Mahle offers a large ring selection to meet requirements.
